For years I have been taking concepts, either verbal or the simple sketch, and developing a selling tool for my own projects and clients. I work quickly and understand spaces large and small and how we interact in them. Whether you need hand conceptual renderings, massing models or realistic 3-D modeling services, I can help.
Recently I've been focusing on SketchUP modeling which is the fastest way to generate large architectural masterplans for many of the resorts and mixed used communities I've been working with. Though I do have a lot of experience with other #D programs and all the graphic programs you can think of. I work with both PC and MAC software on a daily basis.
